Player name: $2.50 ea
Names & Sponsors have set locations - see form.
Logos must be supplied in the correct AI/EPS format.
If this file type isn't provided, you will be charged a $50 redraw fee.
Minimum order quantity is 5 units per garment type.
If you have less than 5, you may be charged a small order fee.
Production time: up to 28 Days.
Production time is started from the time of artwork approval and full payment is received.
